Hosts Sal Greco and Logan Lenz run a semi-new business and lifestyle design podcast called EndaCast. The tagline for the podcast is cleverly dubbed “The end of the 9 to 5 grind is the beginning of a 24/7 innovative entrepreneur. That pretty much sums up the basis of the 30 to 45 minute show every week.

Each week, Sal takes the lead by discussing entrepreneurship with founders of interesting startups and web applications from around the world. Topics discussed are usually based around marketing, finance, automation, and living the entrepreneurial lifestyle. After each interview segment, the audience tweets in 8 questions in a section called #innov8 (sound it out), and Justin Rondeau usually comes in with a news segment from the web and social media world.

The podcast launched only three weeks ago and is already at their 15th episode this week. It looks like they just might be in this thing for the long-haul. We’ll see if they are able to get to 100 episodes within two years. That would be impressive.

My personal favorite episode thus far was Nick Reese, a young Super Affiliate marketer that travels the world. His success can truly be an inspiration to many aspiring entrepreneurs out there.
